45 days today!
Hi all! I wanted to pop in today on day 45! 
I cannot believe I am halfway to 90 days! I know that when I only had a day or two sober I would read posts like this and be stunned and full of hope that people could climb out of the hopelessness that I was living. I hope it helps somebody to know that if I can sober up ANYBODY can! I drank myself to oblivion nearly every night for 5 long years. I gave my late 20's and early 30's to my addiction. I want newcomers to know that life can be good again! It is your addiction that tells you it is hopeless! Ok I have to go work, but I am doing it 10 pounds lighter and with a clear head!

Thanks all for the well wishes! Thank you for all of the wisdom and support on these boards! There were many nights where I had to think long and hard about staying sober, and reading on here got me through! Thank you! Thank you!!

thank you so much for posting, Im only into my second week, its hard work but logging in here every day gives me hope. People like you who have turned their lives around are a real inspiration
