My alcohol sobriety started 7-10-2010 and know I have committed to eliminated crack from my life.

9-13-2011 I committed to quit using crack. Got $20.00 in my pocket, made it all night. Fought off all temptation.
I actually feel good. Got a weekw worth of work ahead of me and it is 8 AM and I'm posting a thread. Never done this before.
Those who read this thread please feel free to offer advice because I need it.

Great work! Remember how good you feel right now—not just physically, but that bit of hope and self-respect. Remind yourself of that feeling over and over again if temptation strikes. Crave it more than any drug. That really helped me overcome urges to drink in the early days.

You may need to talk to your doctor to talk to an addiction counselor about your crack addiction.

Get a payee, somebody to hold your money. Somebody who won't give in at 3am or fall for sob stories. Safety first, kinda like training wheels.
