90 Days Sober Today
90 Days Sober Today
I made it 90 days, 3 months. Feels good to accomplish this. It has been the longest 3 months of my life. I do have to say that I will never forget the summer of 2011. The summer I got smart and got sober.
I'm still having problems adjusting to feeling normal. It feels like it's slowly getting better day by day. I'll feel like overly calm or almost numb, and I wonder if I'm just feeling normal and don't remember how it feels. My coordination is off at times as well. Hopefully it gets better as time goes on. And lastly I have to get better at anxiety and stress management. I notice the littlest things can trigger some bad anxiety.
That's all for now. If your going though this stay strong, it gets better.

Congrats on the 90 days Bigguyslimm.
You mentioned the co-ordination problem, could you please expand on that.
I am just over 90 days and I have began to notice I bang into things, nothing serious but it is like I am not judging the closeness of ojects.

Caihong I know what your talking about. I was playing basketball today and was just off. Like I would get dizzy moving my head to fast. I have to stand up slow if I have been sitting. Sometimes it feels like my hands are out farther than they are. Just weird hand eye problems.
