Actually feeling feelings for the first time in years
I faced a tough decision tonight regarding breaking it off completely with the man I was with for the past few months. Before I would have cried in my wine bottle and pass out. This time , I faced the pain...sober. It hurts like hell, but at least im feeling something !!!! I know I will wake up tomorow with my broken heart, but at least I wont have a.hangover too

That takes courage, Bella. I think if we drink to forget painful things, we never really get over them, and then the painful things start to pile up which needs more alcohol. Staying sober is really just living life, like all the other sober people. Goodonya.

Its true that numbing it with alcohol builds up the pain and it never goes away. I do know that I ruined another relationship because of drinking .....but its the last one. Having suppory here is amazing. I thank you all
