Cool :o/

I started my sober journey last year and now I am back at rock bottom. Will probably lose my job again. I was here in January and now I just don't know what to do. So many horrible thoughts going through my head right now. I need prayers...please I feel so alone.

I'm so sorry, understated...... I've had times like that, too, and it can be agonizing. I know it doesn't feel like it right now, but things can get better. Are you still drinking? Can you get some help and detox?

There are hotlines (I'm sure AA has once in your area) if you need to talk to someone. If things are really bad, there's also the ER. Sometimes the best thing to do is give up and ask for help. I'm glad you posted - we're here for you....:ghug3

You are NOT alone, Understated, as you'll soon find out when people start posting in reply to your thread.

We've been there, and we know.

Welcome back to SR, and big hugs to you.

Welcome back understated

You're not alone - everyone here knows how you feel. I remember it myself - I felt like I was worthless hopeless and useless - but the folks here helped me see I was none of those things, and they help me put my life back together.

We can help you too with support and ideas.

Have you thought of real life support as well - AA SMART etc?
Even seeing your Dr can be a start out of the hole

I'm really sorry, too.

I sure remember how alone I felt when I was at my bottom and felt I had nowhere to turn. But, please know that there is hope.

I have looked for help. I go in peaks and valleys. I was doing so well until a month ago and everything crashed down around me. I am just hoping to go into work and not be fired but I know I will be :/ Just hoping I don't do anything irrational while I slowly fall deeper and deeper.

I hope your job situation won't be as bad as you think

look for help again - there's no need to fall deeper....don't let the negative dialogue win - you can turn things around - but you really have to take action and do something.

Finding support is a great first step

Someone once told me you can stop digging any time you like - it really is true

here's some links for more suggestions for help

Calling into work today...can't see to find courage to be fired today. And the bottle of vodka seems so close :/

Dont drink the vodka. Please? I understand what youre going through also. I am in pain and always feel alone but its more powerful to feel these unbearable feelings now than letting then build up with drinking. You can do it.
