No, nothing to do with the job. I'm plugging away at work for sure.
I'm still in the grieving process of losing what was my home group for 20+ years, and something else has come up.
I've gotten to the point where I don't even want to talk about any of it.
I'm just gutted. I can't describe it any other way, and I'm fighting the pain because I'll melt down to no end.

Aw hun, I hope you'll feel a bit better soon. Sometimes feelings just overwhelm us but you have to remember they will pass and then things, however bad, will seem more manageable when you're in the right frame of mind.
Have you tried maybe doing something fun or something you enjoy to take your mind off things and may be lift your spirits a little?

Sometimes the universe nudges us when it's time to move on. Sometimes it whacks us over the head with a 2x4. I prefer the nudges, but the whacks are better at getting my attention.

I am grateful for my job.
I am grateful for a house chock full of four-legged love.
I am grateful for friends who are there for me not just when things are good, but when I am hurting too.
In this case it was a whack with a 2x4. Ouch. You are so right when you say it's time to move on!
I am sorry that you are down....yet I know that you are not out. This is a mere blip in your radar screen.
Kick back, pick up a inspiring book to read, call one of your firiends, or just talk to the
Zoo Crew, they know how to make their mama smile!

It's okay to let some of it flow if needed. I recently allowed myself 20 minutes of melt down crying. I bawled my head off and let it out. It helped. Then some visine, then something for the crying headache, then some makeup for the red puffy eyes........but it was worth it.
We're here for you!
We care about YOU!
