Hi all,

I'm new to this forum. I stumbled upon it because I needed someone to interview for my school project, but after going around a bit and staying a while in the chat room, I think this may be a good place for me...

Because of what we've been learning in class, I've sort of realized that I may be an Internet and a sex addict... Is there a place here in this forum for process addictions like that? I really would like to know more about what I'm going through and how I can stop.

I haven't told anyone about it because I am extremely embarrassed.

It seems that my previous post was deleted. I'm really sorry, I shouldn't have focused on my school project and put it as the main topic of my post. I sincerely do think I have a problem and would like to get insight about it.

(Just to be clear to those who don't know - we don't allow SR, or it's members, to be used for research under Rule one).

You're welcome here to look for help for your own addictions, and I'm sure folks will chime in - but as I said we mainly deal with substance abuse addiction here.

We'd love to be able to be all things to all people, but it's just not possible.
