Just one more time and never look back.....yea right.
How many times have you heard your brain telling you that one? If anything just doing it one more time will make it even harder to want to stop.

I used to tell myself that all the time in order to keep drinking. I think the saddest part is that I actually believed it would be the last time when I was doing it. The next day proved me wrong though.
