My E, S & H for today
So, this morning (about 8 am) my AH came home drunk. He has been staying at the cabin since I kicked him out, but apparently decided that it would be a good idea to drive home drunk early this morning. He has not been invited nor is he welcome, but that is another story...
The first thing he does is start to stir the pot to irritate and annoy me (which is pretty typical)
Anyhoo - I am in the laundry room and I am quietly cursing and muttering to myself when all of a sudden a song from the past "pops" into my head. I start humming it, then quietly singing it and then belting it out pretty good. I haven't thought about this song in many years, but I remember all the words and here it is... I feel a little better now!

I had the same experience with the song after that Al-Anon meeting where it finally clicked. I left the room, got in the car, and started singing this song in my head. Thanks for sharing! I too needed the reminder this morning!
