Day 16

Hi everyone! Well, today is day sixteen and I'm feeling better and better with each sober day. The first week was pretty rough and I wasn't sure if I could actually do this, but now I feel so much better both physically and mentally that the last thing I want to do is return to drinking. I really want to thank everyone here at SR for being so supportive. You have really helped me a lot and I am very grateful! Please have a great weekend everyone!!

FHB1 - That's wonderful news! I feel so bad for those who don't get past the first few days. I remember the misery & how I almost caved. Clinging to the thought that there'll be a better day is key - and you did it! Congratulations.
