Some cool stuff from the UK;
Drunken people admitted to hospital and who abuse NHS staff could be barred from pubs and clubs under a new scheme in north Wales.

Usually bars and hospitals know the frequent flyers already. They also get rowdy at pubs and get ejected, and or bruised, or claim injury then are take to the hospital either under arrest or not.
All it would take are photos with names, DOB, etc of offenders distributed to local pubs. The offender if not the one on the "poster" could easily show ID to prove they are not that person.
