Cool P.S.A. The Ignore Feature At SR.

Click the avatar of the SR member you would like to add to your ignore list. You will be prompted to click a yes/no command. Once added to your ignore list their post will be visible only in member name only. From there you can click to see their post or just scroll past to the next visible post.

Currently I have been using this feature to its fullest. And I must say, I need it to refrain myself from going on the attack of...well I need it for my own sanity. And the promotional of greater sanity is an important function of SR..a function I need to accumulate into my life.

I hope to see a few visible post to this thread and blessed be for the rest.

I hope I make the cut, Zen

The ignore tool can be very useful, and it's completely reversible at at any time

Don't you mean click on the name of the user above the avatar, then select "add to your ignore list?"

Never used it myself, though. I always thought it would be very strange to see responses to a comment I can't see. :-)

yep.
Click the name, not the avatar - the avatar takes you to the profile

The intention is of all this the sake of my sanity. There has come a point that without my sanity I act in insane ways. What to come of it...discourse with the others (dangerous on my part) or dialog with the viable as visible.

Should maybe just call it the "nuke" button lol?! At any rate, thanks for the know-how, lately certain newer folks 'round these parts have seemed... well... let's just say unnecessarily provocative? <<< Politically correct phrasing I hope, LMAO.

My fingers on the button guys

The strange, the bizarre, the out of place crass happens when I see such and such comments from those I need to estrange from for my sanity sake.
