Goodmorning everyone, got over day 1, on to day 2, it was a ruff , when i went to bed, lots of twitching, tossing,...well my son had to give me 1 emergency blue. man i tried so hard not to resort to that, but after 2 hrs of taking it, i finally calmed down. today is a new day. have a good day everyone out there.

Congrats on seeking sobriety. What are you withdrawing from? What is an "emergency blue"?

I hope things go well for you today. I'm not familiar with detoxing from Loritabs, but I hope you see a doctor if it's too much for you.

I also detoxed from Loritabs and it is really rough, Xanax was not one of my drug's of choice and my DR gave me like three of them because an addict can quickly switch a drug of choice and have a new one so I would not want many but that did help with sleep and them I just went to benadryl which also will calm you and help with sleep hang in there and pray pray pray is there any way u could go to a five to seven day detox center and then you could start meetings that would be your best bet
