30 days yesterday
I feel 100 times better about things.
I can say that over the past 30 days there were 2 instances where the thought of drinking occurred to me. Both times it came and went and eventually the stress passed with the urges.
Not having hangovers is the best feeling in the world. I was driving to work the day after one of the afforementioned urges and thought about how in the past I would be driving to work with a lousy constitution, nausea and an overall depressed attitude.
This is one of the best things I have ever done for myself.

This is my first weekend and I'm getting some squirrelly thoughts ,I;m trying to keep busy h/work this morning swimming in the aft. and Church this evening ,now I have to plan for tomorrow .I found a lovely river spot with a beautiful view I might haul out my old painting set and go there for a few hours ,pack some lunch .The big thing for me is getting by tomorrow afternoon and evening ,thats the fall down time for me and DH ..............."good thoughts, are a must"
