Hi, is there a sticky for this already, or instructions somewhere? I'm not *that* savvy (i.e. never been in a chat room, for instance) about what it might involve to "attend" an online Alanon meeting but I would really love to know the steps to take to do this? I have very young kids and cannot often secure arrangements in order to attend the few in-person meetings there are nearby.
