i went ~three weeks on AA alone. then i figured what the heck and went to a 28 day treatment program. so now i am on day 56. i will make my morning and noon meeting tomorrow. tonight i am making up for lost family time.

and yes i called my sponsor as soon as i got home and had a good talk!

i just had to put it out there. safe place to do it here!

Sounds solid. I've done AA followed by a 28 day inpatient treatment program--got real sick of the food. Keep up the good work.

the food in the place was mostly fried. it almost killed me. i'm on fruit juice, veggies and Step 4! ;-)
