Don't know where to start

I have what I think is an addictive personality. I drink just about daily, anywhere from 1-5 drinks. I don't drink to get drunk, I drink because it is just what I do at that time of day. Mostly habitual. I smoke marijuana, right now, daily. I go weeks, months without smoking, but when I pick it up again and again, I go crazy with it. Last year I had a pretty serious cocaine habit, which I DO NOT use anymore, but I can't help but think about it and wonder if it could be a reason for my current anxiety, angst, crap sleeping and even my drinking. I want to be the bright colorful young man that I know I am. To be everything I can be for my significant other who has stuck with me through so much of this (which I can't help but feel she isn't going to take much more of me being miserable and lost), to be a better more active father to my dog, to enjoy everyday not haze through it, I want to be me again. So, there it is, this is me and what I want. Now where to start?

welcome Rpo.

I think support makes all the difference.
SR was where it all started for me.

Other people use face to face support to like AA or SMART or counseling.

Whatever path you choose - reaching out is the first step, I think
