tough day
Emotions felt today are that of boredom and a bit of anxiety I guess. I did take my pill a bit later than usual. At least I haven’t drunk or gambled but I did overeat uncontrollably! I haven’t heard much from girl today.. I need to relax. She has probably had a busy day. I need to keep myself busy next few days. Do not want to get all anxious like I did with Christchurch. I need to eat healthy, not drink and work on a bit of AA recovery.

Its a plan and that parts good. I got restless today to and instead of suffering or giving in I took a walk. Of course my walk took me by a casino which opened up another can of worms so I just kept walking. Standing still spinning wheels can be problematic. Hope you are doing better. Things come and things go and come again, etc.
