just became aware that i feel foolish in doing unnecessary things for myself
like taking myself for a good walk.
i wonder why. according to codependent no more this is a codependent charactaristic [well feeling guilty for doing unnecessary things for self is whereas i just feel like a idiot for doing this thing [taking myself for a walk]
