Well I made it through day 1. On my lunch break now. Probably the worst day of my life. The withdrawls are almost unbearable. I've gotta do it though. Thank you all for your replies last night. The A.A. program in Grand Forks ND isn't the biggest so finding people to talk to is hard to come by. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to give out my phone number on here but I know talking helps alot so I get off work at 5 central time 701-317-3299, you can call, text whatever. Day two was for me yesterday, it was awful for me too. Day three now though! Hope you feel better.

That is HUGE! You can do this I know how awful the w/d's are believe me, been thru more than I can even count in the past 10 yrs but after the first 3-4 days it should start slowly getting easier.

I would call but I am terrible with calling someone on the phone, causes a lot of anxiety for some strange reason. If you want you can call me, PM me if you need to talk and I'll send you my number.

Take it one day at a time, one minute at a time in need be. If detox becomes to much be sure to get to the hospital for help. Hang in there you can do this!

I had very bad detox's wound up in the ER twice so dont mess around if it doesnt feel right.'
