Sometimes
Sometimes, I realize that I am exactly where I need to be and things are exactly how they must be in order for me to recover.
It is in these moments that I can fully appreciate what I do and do not have.
I recognize my unhappiness and restlessness with current conditions as a lack of patience and faith that things might be directly in line with God's plan for me.
When I realign my perspective to see current conditions as the optimal environment for my recovery my unhappiness is discarded for gratitude; my restlessness melts into serenity and I can, once again, live for this moment.
