Here we are almost a year later...I joined here just a few days less than a year ago. I had 45 off crytal meth.

WHAT HAPPPENED NEXT WAS INSANITY and one day I may tell you about it.

I have been off it and on it for days, or sometimes weeks at a time, since then....I am ready now to stop..

I am considering rehab as an outpatient...I have a buddy here ...wish he would contact me and show some support. But we got high together and I think he has been reprogrammed to forget me, even though, he said I was his best friend for the past year"
So many times he needed my help and I was there this past year and a half....really hurt he won't support me here.

Anyone have any thoughts on alternate programs. Not sure I can do 12 step.

It's just that it's so crushing to be treated like that by someone, that could always trust in me, and sought my help so many times .... I don't deserve it.

I think your main focus now needs to be on you - people come and people go from our lives...others come in to replace them...the older I get the more I see that as an immutable rule
