hello all

hello everyone, I'm new to the site, glad I stumbled on it!!! I'm currently 52 days clean/sober. I also deal with some mental health stuff, nothing major, just some anxiety and depression, but that's under control thanks to an anti depressant.

Well anyway, thanks for having me!!

Welcome Eric. I too had the same mental issues to deal with when I was drinking, and stopping drinking. I found that working out really got my mind going in the right direction. Just a lil suggestion. Good luck and keep coming back.

Thank you all!! And c23 I run 5 to 8 miles a day.. lol it worked at first, but the anxiety just got worse actually.. but since I went on lexapro I haven't had one single attack. :-)
