I am now a little over 8 weeks sober. It has not been easy but over those 8 weeks I have worked hard at my course and also gained a lot of confidence which with years of drinking I had lost. I have met a girl sober for the first time in years and will see how things go with her! I have also been offered my dream job which should be able to set me up for my career! I have only been sick once since given up drinking (2 many late nights in the last week). There really must be someone looking out for me! I think I need to get back into another AA meeting as I know how quickly this could change!
