tough day
my birthday today, and not feeling too good. sick. and everyone keeps asking me to come out, come out, lets go out, hey its your birthday lets go out!!! aaaahhhhhhahahahahahahaahhhh. i tried to tell my closest friend i'm layin off of everything, trying to get my life together, but he didnt quite get it. just a tough day i guess.

The best birthdays I've ever had as an adult have been my sober ones - my advice is do something good healthy and positive for yourself - what do you like to do?

Happy Birthday!!! I know it doesn't feel like it, but trust me, no one ever regrets a sober birthday. There must be something you'd like to do, but you may have to pick a pal who is going to 'get it'. It might not even be one of your closest friends, just someone who won't insist your day goes by without a drink in hand.

Happy Birthday! My best friend's birthday is in 3 days and she already has a party planned. It will be really hard for me to be around that. I know she will understand if I don't go if I explain my situation. Reach out and be honest with your friends. If they are real friends they will be there for you. If they give you a hard time, they were never your friends in the first place. STAY STRONG!!
