Thumbs up sobriety is a gift..

i just realized today is 4 years and 5 months sober for this recovering Alcoholic! Wow.. time really does fly. seems like just the other day i hit 4 years.. ODAAT i believe it can continue to be done! with A.A. and god as i do NOT understand him/her/it! just felt like sharing..

Congratulations 24hrsAday! It seems when that obsession to drink lifts, time flies. I remember very well, a time when it consumed my every thought all day. I agree, sobriety is definitely a gift.

Congrats 24hrs

To me.. sobriety isnt a gift.. Its a lifetime journey... and at times it sucks [though better than practicing] . however the AA members and their willingness to share, are to me the gift...if that makes sense
