I haven't had an already stressful week, it seems that my XH has rekindled a friendship with my neighbor. ARGH. Seriously. I mean, he HAS known him since grade school. However, we lived next to him for 7 years and he has probably spent more time over there in the past two weeks than he did during those seven years! YEESH!

First, I feel like I'm being spied on because he is over there 3-4 nights a week, hanging out in the driveway. Second, this is VERY confusing for our children who don't understand why their dad is hanging out next door, but not with THEM.

WTF?! Really?

And not a darn thing I can do about it so I'm just venting a little here and then letting it go. I'm going to live my life as if he wasn't being some crazy spy (last night I'm pretty sure he was between the houses listening to me talk on the phone on my deck...so I went inside) and do the best I can explaining it to my kiddos.

Perhaps a friendly trip down to the local police station would be in order, just to investigate your options.
In my case, even though I didn't act on anything, it made me feel great just knowing what I could do.

Ugh! Stay inside. Play in the back yard. Go about your business as if he doesn't exist. Negative attention is still attention.

Pretty soon it'll be too cold to hang out in the garage with the door open.

So sorry - how annoying and frankly, shamefully immature on his part. I feel embarrassed for him...and I don't even know you guys! ; )
