Have I just found a new and wonderful way to detach with love?

I joined this site today. For the last 2 hours, I've been reading the posts, looking in on the chat room. Can I just say for these 2 hours, I feel the best I've felt in a while. So, perhaps I have found a new tool to detach with love when the A behavior is going on (although my RAH is in rehab, he does relapse) - I can come here to learn more and grow. Thanks everyone, in advance.
