It finally Killed him
Yes, he died Monday night, at home, while he was sleeping or suffering. Gastrointestial hemerage. 23 years we we're married. I warned him. He didn't want to change. Or couldn't change.
Everybody is shocked. I'm surprised so many people didn't know. I thought it was obvious.

There are no words that can truly express the proper emotions for such heartbreaking news.
This disease steals so much, and whatever it takes is never enough, until there's nothing left.
I'm so sorry.
We are here for you.
Welcome back Room6er. I hope you'll feel the support here all these wonderful people can offer, and stick around and join us often.

I am so very sorry for your loss. so very very sorry.
And I want to apologize, I just started a thread about my husband who nearly died with cirrhossis 4 months ago but is now doing better.
It was thoughtless of me not to look at recent other threads to make sure my update wouldnt be too insensitive at this time. Im so sorry
hugs to you and your family
