23 months/700 days!
If you would've told me 2 years ago that I could stay sober for 700 straight days, I would've either laughed in your face or punched you in the head! Well, here I am at 23 months sober and I can't believe I didn't try this sooner. Sobriety really was the answer for me. Thanks to everyone at SR for helping me along the way!
That is great. Congrats...!!! Following directions is
hard sometimes as some of us are stubborn. We
want to do it our way to find out many times it doesnt
work.
Recovery programs give us guidelines to follow and
help us along in our journey to living a happier, healthier,
honest life for yrs to come. In staying in today makes
following those steps easier and more affective.
For 20 yrs of many one days at a time collected together
the promises that we read in our Big Book of AA has and
is still materializing for me in my life.
Keeping It Simple and riding free with the wind in my
face and the Sun on my shoulder.
