any acoa here that dont live with parents
would be real interested to hear any personal stories of experience hope and strength.
i am unsure as to my parents present level[s] of addiction so will it be 'whinging' or 'wallowing in pity'[hearing my fathers voice in my head] to start blaming my parents for everything?
