Day 13 of rehab - final email
The library here at Homewood Health Centre, 30 miles west of Toronto, closes in 7 minutes....so I want to wish you all a safe, sober, happy evening....it is 8:52 pm Toronto time.
Beer, wine, whisky....into the sink it goes.
Never did a thing for me.
Except do terrible things to my marriage.
Except lead to terrible health problems.
Except alienate family and friends.
....but rehab is here, end of Day 13, of hopefully 35 days.
FOR THE LOVE OF PETE, PUT THE PLUG IN THE JUG.
I have the phone #'s of new friends, here in rehab, who live in my city...thank God.
