Instead of Sneaking Drinks Day 3
Instead of thinking of when to sneak a drink today while the fiance is home, I scrubbed the kitchen floor, cleaned all bathrooms and even resealed one of the toilets! LOL! It is amazing the little things that I have neglected as I am usually either drinking or hungover. Day 3 feels productive! I really feel this site has helped me see things much differently!

Congrats on your Day 3! Keep up the great work.
It really helps when we can find things to focus on, esp in early recovery. It's a wonderful feeling being productive! I've had a real productive weekend myself with cleaning and handwashing laundry.

Well done! It's a great feeling, isn't it?! I got so much done between Day 3 and today (day 12) that my house is sparkling! (well, almost. I haven't tackled the huge cobwebs dangling from the ceiling, yet). And today youngest daughter and I are going to buy some new plants and make the front yard beautiful. It's wonderful to be busy - and not feel hungover. Good for you!!

Well done littlegirllost! Plus, I bet you feel better not having to sneak and deceive you fiance. I know I hating all the hiding and lying. Makes you feel good about yourself.
