My first day!
Welcome Bubba - glad you've made a decision to get off the opiates. There's lot of support here, so post and read when you can. We also have a section for people struggling with substance abuse, so you may want to check that out too:Substance Abuse - SoberRecovery : Alcoholism Drug Addiction Help and Information
Hang in there - you deserve a better life......:ghug3

Welcome Bubba:
You are now connected with a great group of folks. We are all struggling with one addiction or another. But the majority have chosen to get clean and stay clean.
I have a little over 60 days off opiates. Did it CT and survived. You will to. I've done the CT a few times now and managed to get a lot of time under my feet before I ended up back on them for one medical reason or another. But I always choose to get back off of them.
If you can find a spot do this in, in your home. Lie on your back with your feet straight up against a wall. Then slide your legs apart, back and forth, like you are doing jumping jacks. This will help with the RLS. Or lie on your back. Pull your knees up to your chest and start moving your legs like you are riding a bike. Just keep doing this until you get some relief.
Welcome also Obi: Also glad you checked in.
Best of luck to the both of ya'll. I hope you find strength and comfort here on SR to help you stick with the reason you came here. To get your lives back.
