Yesterday I had a family Easter gathering which means I spent the day dodging glasses of wine, mixed drinks, beer and even whiskey shots. I went in with a plan, grab a baby so others could eat/drink (I couldn't drink holding a baby), go for a walk when the crowd/noise/cravings got to much for me and always have a cup of coffee or glass of water in my hand. IT WORKED!! I had a very enjoyable day with the in-laws and was never even tempted to drink. Happy Easter everyone!

i guess i have a good test in front of me today, my family plans to meet later in the day after 4 so there might be booze involved.

hamburgers on the grill is a sure sign of beer in the cooler.
