Rehab - Day #1

I love this place so far, especially finding the LIBRARY, with Internet access...so I can SR every day!

Saw addiction doctor, on new med for sleeping, and anxiety, yay, hope it works!

AA meeting at 7:30 tonight, here, yay!

Haven't even had a craving today!

My manager emailed me that they have a better work environment set up for me, for when I get back from rehab.

The library at Homewood rehab has lots of addiction and psychiatric disorder books, but also a section of biographies and history...so I signed out a book on World War I, cool! (I have a degree in Canadian and European History, so I love this stuff!)
