Day 7

So I made it to day 7.

First time I've been sober this long in over 2 years.

I've read most of the big book which has helped.

One day at a time - looking forward to day 8.

Congrats! I read the Big Book during my first week of sobriety. It was the only thing that I could really wrap my brain around at the time. What's even cooler was reading it again after that fog kind of lifted.

Congrats 30Sober... for me the first 7 days was the toughest, now you should have a clear head and be ready to really work on your recovery. Do you have a plan to continue moving forward and not get complacent?
