well i have decided this is my last post for awhile....i will still be here to read all the posts(as i have since i started this new obsession) but i am taking advice and starting to blog...never blogged before but obviously i am too mixed up right now to help anyone even myself....something that started as just looking for support and friends...turned out to be a whole new obsession...so worried what everyone is thinking about me instead of dealing with what causes my problems...i thank you all for bareing with me on here and i am sorry if i was an idiot at times...just battling hard with MY OWN demons and i am hoping that the blog thing with help...plus calling the docs. because i feel like crap good luck to you all...and may God be with us all in our own recovery

Hopefully you can get your head on track soon. It isn't easy when we are used to one way and have to change everything for another. Lots of thoughts and feelings with that.

Take VERY good care of yourself Jessie... and please post if you want to, that is what your friends at SR are for, weather it is venting, sharing good or bad news, expressing feelings, etc. So, don't feel you need to leave, but if you need a break, then take it. I say stick around SR and keep coming back -- it really does work.

I hope you will stick around. As others have posted, you might never know who you're reaching and helping with something that might be on your mind or from your point of view. People here help me so much and probably never know how much it means to me.

Good luck Jess! I was just wondering what you were up to lol. I've been spending less time checking these forums and so of course I ended up drinking and smoking on the weekend. Haven't had anything since but all the cravings are back in full force and I feel pretty stressed out. So I'm gonna be around here for a while yet.
