well im only 16 4 years of addiction not as much as most...but..i was really confident for a while after 100...but i guess for me it comes in waves....somtimes it feels easy then next thing i know....im haven a craveing that i feel like i cant control....but i always remind myself im in control of my actions ...mine and mine only....nothing can make me do somthing i dont want it to do.=) little reminders or things to help u push on have ment the world to me...or the people ive met in recovery that helps me to =)

but the biggest help, may sound selfish but..my recovery is about me.
no one else. not my mom , dad any girls i meet best friends ect...not even the god i love.....its about ME. u can only rely on urself ....so put ur addiction where u feel itll be taken the most seriously...within urself=)
