OT bit of good news
I got a performance review today and I got an overall good feedback.
I got salary increase and a bonus that will help pay off my debt, make some repairs to my car and perhaps I can even buy a nice pink dress I saw that would suit me well
Granted its not much $$, in fact it is very little BUT I liked the recognition and am trying to celebrate it, and not go "oh but Y person earns more... I deserved way more".
Supposedly the Universe is listening so I "have" to be very happy and receive things with gratitude so I am sent more things!
The manager said I am a team player, and asked me not to work so much. And to make more time for training.
I feel as if I was given a pat on the head.
Anyway I am still seeing a lawyer to see what can be done about my unpaid extra hours and night shifts. I am making a copy of my contract... that is an issue I have to handle locally.
