really Big accomplishment for me...i was gettin a bit ticked off....at gettin 3 hrs of sleep at a time.So i'm not drinking...hitting meetings... shaking slowing down....and i didn't drink during the osu game or subsequent loss on a friday night!!!...so what do i do now???....calm down and repeat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!sr helped alot so far!!!!!

Congratulations!!

Yes, calm down and repeat. The longer you go, the easier it will get. The shaking will eventually stop completely and you will have many more mornings of feeling good that you didn't drink!

I know the feeling of no sleep and I can say i slept last night too for a change. Makes for a much better morning.

yeah sleep does make a diffrence...i just don't want to be overconfident now...so many checks and balnces to concider...

i found out that there is nothing we can do about the big games. They certainly not a reason to drink over. sounds lkike things are getting better for you slowly but surely. Keep up the good work. Hey Wisconsin and Marquette both lost too.
