WHOA! I almost blew it.....

I almost blew it last night!
The good news? I didn't.
The other good news? I identified a trigger for me.
Now how to deal with it........

Today's song? Michael McDonald - Ain't no mountain high enough
I love his rendition of the song

Congratulations on staying strong!!! I know I have been hit on the head a couple of times with unexpected triggers.

Thanks for the song, I hadn't had one pop in my head yet today. That one will do quite nicely!

Great job. What to do now?
Get and keep support for the next time. It may not be as easy.

Identifying triggers is really important for recovery, I think. It gives you more tools to work with and more ability to deal with the disease of alcoholism. I'm glad you got through it.
