Hi and thanks
Hi Everyone,

My name is Sara and I am relatively new here.
I am on Day 5 of my journey and feel pretty good.
I talk to myself in my blogs and just want to let you know that your forums, stories and experience are a major part of my success so far. When the urges come at night, I come here and read to remind myself that I can do it.

My deep felt gratitude to you all.

Welcome Sara! Also congrats on the 5 days. Check out the March 2011 thread. SR is a great place with a lot of advice and support. It has made a change in my whole outlook just knowing that I am not alone. day by day. Dave

I totally understand what you mean by this site helping with cravings. I just wanted to cheer you on and let you know you're not alone, I'm a newbie too, we can do this.
