Started applying for jobs!

I'm so happy, I'm ready to get back to work! I won't have my nursing license for a few months, but I still have my CNA so I'm using it and hoping I get on somewhere. I'll at least be able support myself and maybe get my foot in the door for that first RN position.

If I can just get a CNA position I'll be able to support the kids and myself without any problems. Oh, so excited!!! The anticipation is going to kill me, lol.

Good luck!

It is exciting to set out on your own, in a lot of ways.
The sense of freedom and self-purpose is so inspiring.

#2 job applied for, it's for an RN position but I won't have my license until June. I'd love to have this position, if they would hire me I could go ahead and get my cheap hours out of the way and be ready to go when I pass my boards.

Be honest and upfront with them during the application process. Tell them you don't have your license but you're working diligently towards it... and then move on to highlight all the other skills you have that make you the BEST candidate for the job!
