Day 8
This is my 8th day of sobriety. And I am so grateful. The weekend was particularly hard--not so much withdrawal but a mind game of old habits.

I'm happy to be here.

Welcome! This is one "place" that I can always count on for being open about how I feel. This is day 5 for me, the weekend is coming up. I'm not scared, I'll smack my own face if I even see a beer.
