I did 34 days back when I joined SR almost two years ago, started feeling much better, and went back to smoking and drinking. Stopped meetings and SR.
My use went up dramatically, and it took me far too long to try another go at it. I can definitely feel the damage.
No more half measures.

Conrats on your 30!!!
I've just recently stopped drinking coffee - but still smoke like a house on fire!! My anxiety levels have dropped dramatically since stopping my coffee intake and I do sleep better at night. I don't see a drop in my smokes too soon! I am starting to work out, eat better and take natural supplements, so eventually the smokes may go, but one thing at a time here!!
