Two Words: Silly Putty
Hey,
Ok, it may sound corny, but Silly Putty has helped me enormously over the last week! I went and picked up 2 of the small plastic eggs filled with the stuff and blended them together to make one big hunk of prolonged stress relief. As I sit watchin TV, talking on the phone, or even now (i have it stuck to the palm pad area on my laptop for easy grabbins) i squeezed and molded this stuff, calming my nerves. I know its not a cure all, and you might just want to keep it at home...but it has helped me remian relatively calm this week. Try it out.

Oh wow, I haven't played with silly putty in forever! I think I'll go buy some. Sounds much healthier than what I've been doing to relieve stress. I've been picking at my skin a lot.
Hey, I think I'll get the newspaper too

Ive seen it used in elder care too for people who have
repetetive hand motions.
The only down side ...some will try to eat it.
So I gave them soft medium size bright colored stuffed animals instead.
