Hi. Im Sharon. I am an Alcoholic
here in Baton Rouge, La.

Do you treat your body or urself as a
Temple or Circus?

When I say TEMPLE im refering to
you being conservative in your actions.
Moving thru life cautiously or in a low
manner avoiding showiness. Tending
to moderate or a person who is
reluctant to change or consider new ideas.


When I say CIRCUS im refering to you
as being funny, inspirational, wild noisy,
well not too noisy...lol, loud....well not
too loud...lol, fun, excitement, skilled
daring.


I consider myself as a little bit of both.
As a TEMPLE im modest and conservative
for the most part. However just enough to
be daring and exciting before during and
after my drinking career.

Today, some 20 yrs sober, I still think of
myself as a TEMPLE yet I am very much a
CIRCUS. lol Why be a bore or dull person
for the rest of my life while living a sober
life? Being sober I am a new exciting refreshed
person that no one ever thought I could be.

So many think that since im not drinking
anymore that I would be a dead boring human
being. WRONG..!!! I am a CIRCUS full of life.
Full of excitement. Having a ball doing all sorts
of exciting things in my life and Im not afraid
to let you know it.

Why should I conceal all my happiness that
I would show if I went to a circus. And anyway
who goes to a CIRCUS depressed or a party
pooper...lol NOT ME.....

Let urself go and be a CIRCUS in life making
other laugh at ur jokes, being silly, letting lose.

Have a ball in a modest way.

Now....which are you, a CIRCUS or TEMPLE?

I saw a great bumper sticker yesterday that said: MY BODY IS NOT A TEMPLE, IT'S AN AMUSEMENT PARK! lol
