I just had a moment of enlightenment...

The last 2 weeks or so, I've had problems falling asleep(not feeling tired) or sleeping thru the night.

Tonight, it's 9pm and I'm absolutely exhausted, wanting to go to sleep, etc. AH is on graveyard shift(and went in early)
He had previously been on day shift/long weekend.

yeah..I think that explains it all, and I believe it's yet another sign flashing in front of my eyes that it is so very much so time to get out.

Isn't it amazing, Pixil? What our bodies do with the stress we deal with it day in and day out. I broke my ankle years ago while starting a bike ride with XAH. For years my ankle would ache and hurt, to the point where I could barely walk. I always put it down to changes in the weather. This winter has been one of constant fluctuations in the weather and my ankle has not given me one single ache, not a twinge. I can run up and down stairs now without pain.

Someone told me just a few days ago that I looked "brighter". Two months separated and I've had time to take better care of myself and I must just look better overall. Hitting the gym and eating a better diet helps, too. But I do believe the stress reduction plays a huge part in it all.
