New . . . first forum ever!

Hi Everyone,

I am a recovering heroin addict with over 4 years clean time. Can't get out of my house to meetings for the first time ever so I thought I would get online to feel connected if I need it or if I can offer warm words or be the cheering section for someone in need. I am new to online forums and am looking forward to chatting with folks. Am open to suggestions about posting and/or being a helpful presence.

Congratulation on your 4 years clean. I am also new to this site and am in the very early days of recovery. I decided to come online for support because there is no NA near my hometown and i keep relapsing when im left to my own devices. I would really appreciate your advice on what threads to look at or discussions. I dont even know if im using the site correctly.. anyway i really hope that this helps me and my family. thanks
